FPL Pace1. The service and these terms
FPL Pace is an independent companion for viewing Fantasy Premier League teams, live match information, leagues and player analysis, operated by Qingzhe Wu. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to fplpace@echopie.com. You must meet the applicable minimum age and, where required, have a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. Independent product and data accuracy
FPL Pace is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, football clubs or players. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Scores, bonus points, ranks, fixtures, player information and notifications can be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Price-change predictions and analysis are estimates, not guarantees, and should not be used as betting or financial advice. The official FPL service is authoritative for competition results and rules.
3. Permission to use the app
Subject to these terms and the applicable store licence, you may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the service, disrupt it, bypass access limits, scrape it abusively, attempt unauthorised access or infringe anyone’s rights. You are responsible for your device, connectivity and any team IDs or information you choose to provide.
4. Free and Pro features
Some features are free and others require an eligible Pro purchase. Availability can differ by platform, plan or region. The app displays the actual local price, billing period and available benefits before you confirm a purchase. Feature availability may change; your mandatory consumer rights and any store refund rights remain unaffected.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Where offered, Season Pass is billed annually and Monthly Pass monthly; the name Season Pass does not mean it expires at the end of a football season. Payment is charged to your store account after confirmation. Apple subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Store terms govern other platform purchases. Removing the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription.
6. Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Restore purchases in the app with the store account used to buy. Entitlement is subject to valid store and RevenueCat verification; access may be affected by expiry, refund, revocation or an inability to verify. Refund requests are handled by the store under its rules and applicable law. Contact fplpace@echopie.com if you need help.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, maintain or interrupt the service, including when upstream data or infrastructure is unavailable. We may restrict access for misuse. Where practicable and legally required, we will give notice of material changes affecting paid services. You can stop using the service at any time and separately cancel any subscription.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data. The app stores, FPL data sources and other external services apply their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit sensitive information, credentials or payment-card details in support messages.
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy or a particular gameweek result. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates or delayed third-party data to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Apple licence, updates and contact
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app licence alongside these service terms. Apple is not the provider of FPL Pace or responsible for its support. These terms are available in English, Arabic and Spanish; translations aim to communicate the same terms and mandatory local law prevails. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
